Service Level Agreement

Walk-in Application:

Day1 (T): All applications received under walk-in submission will be processed on the same day by BLS on Ministry Platform
Day2: The above-mentioned processed applications are submitted to the HCI/ Consulate for their decisioning

Postal Application:

Day1 (T): Postal Application are received at BLS
Day2: The above-mentioned applications are screened for categories; correct documentation and errors, if any
Day3: The applications are processed on Ministry Platform
Day4: The applications are submitted to the HCI/ Consulate for their decisioning OR Returned back to Applicants if Incorrect documentations or Errors.

Dispatch of Applications:

Day1: Decisioned Applications (Visa, Passport, OCI, PCC, Attestation) received back from the the HCI/ Consulate are courier-dispatched by BLS
