Applications can be submitted at the BLS Center without prior appointment through walk-in and with the appointments between 8:00 AM & 1:00 PM. The BLS Center Opens at 8 AM and Submission closes at 1 PM. One Appointment is for One Application only. (E.g. for family application of 3 members you need to book 3 appointments). Application Submission time for all BLS centers in Canada is 8:00AM to 1:00PM.

If application is being submitted on Appointment basis, please produce proof of Appointment Confirmation along with Original Passport. Passport number needs to match with the one mentioned on Appointment Confirmation document.

Important Note for Visa Postal Applications:

While handing over your Visa application documents to Purolator Courier, please mention with marker pen on the Purolator Package

Each Application must come with individual demand draft and separate/ individual courier, even for family application

The total time taken in receiving the Consular Service after processing from High Commission / Consulate would depend on the category / merit of your application. You are required to submit your application duly filled up along with document checklist as mentioned on BLS website. Incomplete or Erroneous applications would be returned to you.

If you see your document status as "Ready for Collection" you may arrange for collection of the your document by visiting BLS Center or arranging the Drop-off service. You may click the link https://www.blsindia-canada.com/postalbls/, select and pay for Drop off Service for the Document delivery through Purolator courier.
