How To Apply - In Person

Step 1 :

Gather all the documents as provided in the checklist

Step 2 :

Visit the nearest BLS centre by Appointment. Click here to see locations.

Step 3 :

All the documents would be verified as per Consulate guidelines at the centre

Step 4 :

For PASSPORT/VISA Applications

Pay the Consulate fee and BLS service fee in cash/debit at the Centre.

For OCI Applications

Pay the HCI fee via Demand draft/Money order. Please note personal cheques are not acceptable

Pay the BLS service fee in cash/debit at the Centre.

THROUGH POSTAL

Step 1 :

Gather all the documents as provided in the checklist

Step 2 :

Arrange for Courier pick-up and drop-off. Please Click here to pay for pick-up/Drop-off at your comfort or you may contact BLS Customer support.

Step 3 :

All the documents would be verified as per HCI guidelines at the centre.

Step 4 :

For PASSPORT/VISA Applications

Pay the HCI fee and BLS service fee in Demand draft/Money order

For OCI Applications

2 different demand drafts are required:

Pay the HCI fee via Demand draft/Money order.

Pay the BLS service fee in Demand draft/Money order

Please note personal cheques are not acceptable.
